May the Schwartz be with you!

Living in north Queensland, we don't have snow and it doesn't get cold for longer than a week, if we are lucky. But we do get rain, alot of it. And I, for one, love it. We have rain every day since Christmas day and it is lovely. I love to sit by an open window and let the breeze and the rain droplets float through the window as I read a good book or watch a good movie. In fact, I am sitting here right now, listening to the rain on the tin roof while I am updating with the movie Heat on in the background. I love wet weather in Townsville.

Every year as we decorate the tree we listen to the same song - "Come on ring those bells" by Evie. It is a very happy, and upbeat and playful song that makes up smile as we decorate the tree. It puts us in the Christmas mood. Until this year, we always had the cats with us to open presents and we always got them a GOOD tin of tuna each. But that tradtion is not here this year, as our cats are now gone. BUt it will be back again next year, as the kittens will be cats then.

Like everyone on the planet already knows, Kevin Jonas got married today.

*applause*

I just wanted to say, not that they'll see this...I am incredibly happy for both Kevin and Danielle and I wish nothing but happiness for them. They seem like a sweet couple.

I probably won't say anything that nice when Nick and Joe get married, unless Joe marries Demi, in which case, I would run around the house or public place flailing like the fangirl I am. I probably won't be happy with whoever Nick marries. Just sayin'.

I'm sure by now the reception is over, so um, yeah, GO KEVIN!
